人口输入型城市应对公共卫生事件的城市空间策略探索--以苏州市为例

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的爆发对城市规划建设发展是一次检验与反思,在国土空间规划背景下,急需提高城市有效应对公共卫生事件的能力。文章以苏州市这一典型的人口输入型城市为例,探索人口输入型城市应对公共卫生事件的空间策略,提出建立以公共卫生空间体系、应急性空间体系、公共交通运输体系和智慧城市体系为支撑的疫情空间应对体系,旨在促进城市各系统间的有效协作,以及为外来人口多、人流量大的城市的空间发展规划提供参考。

Urban Spatial Strategies of Population-Imported Cities in Response to Public Health Events:Suzhou Case

The outbreak of the COVID-19 is a test and reflection on the development of urban planning.Under the background of territorial space planning,it is urgent to improve cities’ability to respond to urban public health events effectively.This article takes Suzhou,a typical population-importing city as an example,to explore the spatial strategy of population-importing cities to respond to public health events,including public health space system,emergency space system,public transportation system,and smart city system.The primary aim of this paper is to promote effective collaboration between urban systems.At the same time,it is significant to cities’spatial development planning with large importing populations and high traffic pressure.
