摘    要:本文针对甲醇/乙二醇合成塔管板堆焊变形技术难题,阐述了控制堆焊变形的相关措施,且依据项目测量并记录了管板堆焊实际变形量。希望通过分析变形趋势,总结变形规律,对今后同类产品的生产制造提供经验,从而有效控制管板堆焊变形,提高产品质量。

Abstract:The article focuses on the technical difficulties of tube-sheet overlaying deformation in methanol and glycol synthetic tower, describe the measures to control tube-sheet overlaying deformation and we have measured and recorded the actual deformation value of tube-sheet overlaying according to the project. By analyzing the deformation trend and summarizing the deformation law, we hope to provide experience for the the manufacture of similar products in the future, so as to effectively control the tube-sheet overlaying deformation and improve the product quality.
