摘    要:本文针对贵州某电厂2×660MW机组2号炉运行中空气预热器差压高的问题,通过配煤掺烧煤硫份高、喷氨调节不当,氨逃逸率大、空气预热器冷端综合温度低及空气预热器吹灰的影响进行分析,提出运行处理措施,得到了有效控制,以供同类问题参考借鉴。

Abstract:This paper aims at the problem of high differential pressure of air preheater in the operation of 2×660 MW unit 2 in a certain power plant in guizhou, through the analysis of the influence of mixed coal with high sulfur content, improper ammonia injection regulation, high ammonia escape rate, low comprehensive temperature at the cold end of air preheater and soot blowing of air preheater, the operation treatment measures are put forward and effectively controlled for reference of similar problems.
