空间光学遥感器反射镜柔性调节结构设计

摘    要:针对空间光学遥感器圆形反射镜结构刚度高、热尺寸稳定性差的状况,设计了一种温升变形柔性调节结构,旨在保持结构刚度满足力学要求的同时,使反射镜具有良好的热尺寸稳定性.对柔性结构进行了合理的结构设计,对其力学模型及铰链参数进行分析,并对反射镜组件进行有限元仿真.结果表明:在柔性结构的调节作用下,反射镜在力和热两种环境约束工况下,面形PV值均远小于63.2 nm,满足成像质量要求.证明这种柔性调节结构在实际结构设计中是合理可行的.

Abstract:In order to make the optical reflector of space remote sensor keep high rigid structure and fine thermal stability,a kind of flexible regulating structure is developed in the paper.The reasonable flexible structure is designed,its dynamic model and parameters are analyzed,and the FEM simulation on reflector module is conducted.Results indicate that the value of PV of the reflector surface is far less than 63.2 nm,and the surface accuracy of reflector meets the needs of imaging quality due to regulation of flexible structure under the environment of force and thermal constraints.It is indicated further that the flexible regulating structure is reasonable in the actual design.
