酸稳定化4,6-二氨基间苯二酚及其聚合特征

摘    要:运用三氯苯法制备了4,6-二氨基间苯二酚(DAR),并分别采用盐酸和磷酸对其进行酸稳定化处理,用红外光谱(FTIR)、元素分析和高效液相色谱等测试方法对其结构进行了表征,重点研究了4,6-二氨基间苯二酚酸稳定化的特征;将合成所得的4,6-二氨基间苯二酚盐和对苯二甲酸(TA)在多聚磷酸(PPA)的介质中进行缩聚反应得到具有较高分子量的聚亚苯基苯并二噁唑(PBO),并通过傅立叶红外、元素分析和热重分析(TGA)等对PBO进行了表征和性能研究,同时对于其聚合特征进行了探讨.

Abstract:The 4,6-diaminoresorcinol was prepared from benzotrichloride and stabilized from hydrochloride acid and phosphoric acid.It was characterized by FTIR spectroscopy,elemental analysis as well as liquid chromatogram.And the acid stabilization of 4,6-diaminoresorcinol was investigated.In addition,poly(p-phenylenebenzobisoxazole)(PBO) with high molecular weight was prepared from 4,6-diaminoresorcinol salts and terephthalic acid in polyphosphoric acid by solution polycondensation.The obtained PBO was characterized by FTIR spectroscopy,elemental analysis and TGA,and its polymerization characteristic was discussed.
