VOQ交换机的输出队列调度算法

摘    要:针对VOQ高速交换机的通信调度,提出在VOQ交换机的输出队列中直接进行通信调度(OSA-VOQ)的策略.OSA-VOQ算法可直接支持变长数据包通信调度,克服了传统通信调度算法只能调度定长数据包的缺点,降低了交换机的实现复杂度.仿真结果表明,在各种流量下,OSA-VOQ算法都比iSLIP等现有的调度算法具有更好的调度性能.OSA-VOQ算法高效地实现了VOQ交换机的通信调度.

Abstract:An algorithm for the output queue scheduling of VOQ(OSA-VOQ) switches is proposed to implement high-speed data switch in VOQ switch networks.The OSA-VOQ can schedule the high-speed data packets in each output queue independently.Compared with current scheduling algorithms,the OSA-VOQ can directly schedule the communication traffics,where the message length may be variable.Moreover,it has significantly reduced the implementation complexity.Simulation results indicate that the OSA-VOQ scheduler outperforms the conventional iSLIP scheduling algorithm under all traffics,and it can schedule data packets in VOQ switch efficiently.
