空间光学遥感器柔性支撑结构设计

摘    要:为了在保证空间遥感器系统结构刚度的同时,使结构具有良好的热尺寸稳定性,设计了一种应用于空间光学遥感器的正交双向柔性支撑结构,有效解决了影响反射镜成像质量的力和热两个关键环境约束之间的矛盾,从而保持光学系统组件的有效位置,为遥感器能达到良好的成像质量提供了保证.对柔性铰链结构参数进行分析,并对铰链结构进行设计和性能的有限元仿真分析.结果表明,柔性支撑结构在力和热两种主要环境约束下能有效地保持结构的稳定性.

Abstract:In order to make the structure of optical space remote sensor keep both high rigidity and good thermal stability,a flexible supporting structure with two vertical axes is proposed.It solves the contradiction of force and thermal constraints availably,which are two key environmental constraints influencing the imaging quality of reflectors,accordingly it keeps the effective position of optical reflectors and ensures the imaging quality of remote sensor.Structure parameters of flexible hinge are analyzed,and its performance is simulated by FEM.The results show that this kind of flexible supporting structure can keep stability of structure under the load of force and thermal constraints.
