摘    要:基于UG软件平台,采用其二次开发工具UG/OpenAPI和动态装配方法,实现数控电解加工过程的动态模拟,从而验证数控加工轨迹,检测工件、阴极间的间隙,判断是否发生干涉,实现去除材料的加工模拟并生成加工结果模型,为数控代码、阴极设计的改进提供依据,为试验加工打下基础.重点探讨了这一工具开发的关键点,并进行了工艺试验.

Abstract:Based on the platform of Unigraphics (UG),with the secondary development tool UG/Open API and the method of dynamic assemble,a program is designed to simulate the process of numerically controlled electrochemical machining (NC-ECM). The NC track is checked,the gap between workpiece and cathode is estimated,and interference is detected. Then the simulation on the machining of material removal is completed,and a machined model is produced. The study provides a basis for the modification of NC code and cathode design,and for the machining. The key points to develop the program are emphatically discussed, and test machining is carried out.
