同位素温差电源辐射器的散热特性研究

摘    要:建立了同位素温差电源管肋式辐射器散热过程的耦合传热模型,采用热网络法结合蒙特卡罗法,数值模拟了辐射器的散热过程.分析了辐射器质量不变的条件下,肋片数、高度及表面发射率等参数的影响.研究结果表明,在管内第二类边界条件下,肋片数对辐射器散热性能的影响明显;肋片散热效率随表面发射率的增加而降低,随肋片高度的增加非单调变化,存在一最优值.

Abstract:A coupled heat transfer model is presented to analyze the heat transfer process of a finned-tube radiator,which is applied to the radioisotope thermoelectric generator. The coupled heat transfer is numerically simulated by the thermal network method combined with the Monte Carlo method. Under the condition of constant radiator mass,the influences of fin number,fin height and surface emittance are investigated. For the case of constant heat generation inside the tube,the results show that the fin number can obviously affect the thermal performance of radiator. The fin efficiency decreases with the increase of surface emittance but changes non-monotonically with the fin height,and an optimal value can be found.
