非球面并联仿形磨床的靠模原理与误差分析

摘    要:本文介绍了并联仿形法加工光学非球面的靠模原理,并提出了一种加工测量一体化的非球面磨床的总体结构.运用齐次坐标转换法,对磨床的误差传动链进行了详细分析,建立了误差方程.结合实际,若线误差取0.2μm,角误差取0.2,″则最后的加工精度,按概率法合成可达1.65μm量级,具有实用价值.

Abstract:The profile shaping principle of aspheric optical parts manufacturing is illuminated,and the main structure of a new grinding machine capable of processing and measuring performance is proposed.The error movement chains of machine are analyzed by homogeneous coordinate transforming method,and the error equations are set up.According to practical machining,assumed that all linear errors are 0.2 μm and all angle errors are 0.2 seconds,then the processing precision can reach 1.65 μm,which proves the feasibility of the method.
