四杆并联机构的卫星平台水平度监控系统研究

摘    要:描述了某型号卫星试验装载平台的水平度监控调节系统.利用四杆并联机构构建了装载平台,引入梯度的概念建立了实时调平的数学算法,利用该算法实现装载平台的自动调平,详细介绍了平台监控系统的硬件构成,软件系统的信息采集模块、组态监控模块、控制执行等模块的功能及其相互关系.完成了平台水平度的实时监控和调整任务.

Abstract:An horizontality adjustment and control system for the satellite testing platform is introduced in detail.The testing platform is a 4 DOF parallel structure.An adjustment and control arithmetic of the real-time testing horizontality is given by grads theory.Using this arithmetic,the hardware design and the real-time adjustment and control software are achieved.The functions and relations of data collection module,adjustment and control module,control implement module in the software are discussed.The automatic horizontality adjustment and control for the platform is finished in the industry control computer.
