轴向车铣椭圆型面的运动建模及仿真

摘    要:为了深入研究轴向车铣椭圆型面的切削过程,通过矢量分析,建立了描述轴向车铣加工椭圆型面运动的数学模型,并对轴向车铣椭圆型面的运动轨迹进行了计算机仿真,分析了不同切削参数对运动轨迹的影响,得到已加工表面的粗糙度随着铣刀齿数和铣刀与工件转速比的增加而减小.

Abstract:To further research the cutting process of elliptic profile in the axial turn-milling machining,a mathematic model to describe the movement of elliptic profile in the axial turn-milling machining was established through vector analysis.The movement curve of axial turn-milling machining for the elliptic profile was simulated by computer,and the effects of different machining parameters on the movement curve were analyzed as well.Results indicate that the shape accuracy of the machined surface is improved along with the increment of milling cutter’s number and the proportion of milling cutter to rotate speed of workpiece.
