摘    要:介绍了无位置传感器的无刷直流电机控制方法,提出了基于M16C28单片机的变频控制方案.该方案以M16C28为核心,由MCU中央控制单元、转子位置检测电路、变频驱动电路、母线电压及电流检测电路、电机保护电路、通讯接口电路等组成.文中从PWM驱动信号的产生、PWM切换中的输出模式、PWM输出与电机诱发电压之间的相互关系等多方面,对无位置传感器的无刷直流电机控制原理进行了详细的论述.在介绍了基于M16C28单片机的无刷直流电机控制方案硬件电路设计的同时,也对控制软件的工作过程、功能模块等进行了介绍和说明.实用表明,采用该无位置传感器的无刷直流电机控制方案,不但降低了电路成本,而且提高了电机效率,同时获得了较宽的调速范围.

Abstract:The sensorless control method of brushless DC motor is introduced and an inverter system based on M16C28 is presented. M16C28 is the heart of this design and it consists of many circuits,including MCU central control unit,rotor position detection circuit,inverter driver,DC-BUS voltage and current detection,motor protection,communication interface circuit,and so on. The sensorless control principle of brushless DC motor is expounded from many aspects such as PWM drive signal generation,PWM signal’s output modes and motor induced voltage. The hardware circuits of brushless DC motor control are introduced,at the same time, the software algorithm and module functions are explained. It is presented that this sensorless drive design for brushless DC motor has low cost,high efficiency and broad scope of motor speed adjustment.
