摘    要:根据压电泵的工作原理开发了一种适用于喷流推进的压电泵.通过分析这种压电泵在一个周期内的工作状态及喷嘴直径对喷射高度的影响,制成了单腔、单阀结构的试验样机,并以水为介质测试了输出性能.实验结果表明:在200 V正弦电压作用下,样机工作频率为45 Hz时流量最大,达425 ml/min;工作频率为75 Hz时输出压力最高,为22 kPa,此时最大喷射高度可达105 cm.压电喷流泵以简单的结构实现了较高的压力输出,证明将其用作喷流推进是可行的.

Abstract:A kind of jet impelling piezoelectric pump is developed based on the operational principle of piezoelectric pump.The experimental prototype of single-chamber with single check-valve is executed by means of analyzing the operating state and the influence of jetting diameter on jetting height in one working cycle of this kind of piezoelectric pump,and water is used as medium to test the output performance.The outcome of experiment indicates that under the effect of 200 V sine voltage,the flow rate gets to the maximum of 425 ml/min when the working frequency is 45 Hz.When the working frequency is 75 Hz,the output voltage gets to the maximum of 22 kPa,and the maximal jetting height reaches 105 cm.It is feasible for piezoelectric jet pump to be used as jet impelling in respect that it can realize higher output voltage with simple structure.
