| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了已在生产上应用的手动式叠层单体制作新设备。该机可完成打芯、电芯进碗和复压动作。解决了小单体(如12V电池)、大而薄单体(如15V电池)的半手工制作。文中叙述了它的原理,给出了它的机械简图并指出存在的问题和改进的设想。

| Abstract: | A new manual equipment for manufacturing flat cells was introduced. It can be used to complete the bobbin forming, inserting the bobbin into the bowl and the repressing . It could manufacture the small flat cell (such as 12V lighter battery) and larger but thinner flat cell (such as 15V battery). Its principle and mechanical sketch were given. Current problems and further improvement were pointed out. |
