超临界锅炉受热面管内壁氧化皮堵管防治措施

摘    要:奥氏体不锈钢管氧化皮剥落问题在大容量燃煤机组较为普遍。制定了平圩发电有限公司3号炉受热面管氧化皮剥落堆积的检测技术措施,并对其氧化皮产生、剥落堆积的原因进行分析,提出了可靠的防范措施,成功消除了3号锅炉受热面管因氧化皮剥落堆积而造成堵塞爆管的风险。

Abstract:The austenite stainless steel pipe oxide peeling-off in large coal-fired boiler causing risk to boiler is a common problem in the world.Pingyu Power Generation Com.Ltd.has worked out technical measures to inspect No.3 boiler heating surface oxide peeling-off and accumulating,analyzed causes of oxide creation,peeling-off and accumulating,put forward reliable preventive measures.At last a risk of heating surface pipe explosion has been successfully eliminated.
