关于复合型屋面保温隔热板防水性能的研究

摘    要:以钢丝网和聚丙烯纤维增强水泥为面层材料,聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板为芯材,掺加适量的砂和工业废渣,按照一定的生产工艺制作复合型屋面保温隔热板。掺加适量的防水剂和外加剂,可以改变制品中的微孔性质,使其由亲水性过渡到憎水性,有效提高了制品的防水性能。

Abstract:The compound insulating roof slab consists of a steel mesh and polypropylene fibre-reinforced concrete as surface material, plystyrene foam board as core material and some sands and industrial wastes. The paper introduces a way to promote the waterproof performance of insulating compound roof slab via adding suitable waterproofing agent and additives, which can change the hydrophilic property to waterrepellency.
