高速耐水干酪素标签胶的研制

摘    要:以干酪素为主要成膜物,尿素为分散剂,淀粉为助剂,加入自制交联剂,合成一种高速耐水干酪素标签胶。当分散剂用量为8%,淀粉用量为4%,自制交联剂为0.8%时,制备的酪素胶具有好的粘贴性能,如超耐水性等,可以满足高速啤酒生产线贴标需要,可以替代进口产品。

Abstract:A high-speed resistivity against water casein adhesive for labeling beer bottle can be obtained by using casein as the main moldings,urea as the dispersing agent,starch as the auxiliary,self-modified cross-linking agent.Eight percentage dispersing agent,four percentage starch,zero point eight cross-linking agent is best,modified casein trademark adhesive showed better adhesive property,example ultra-resistivity against water.It can be used in the high-speed production line for labeling beer bottle,it can shift inlet products.
