| 摘 要： | 以干酪素为主要成膜物，尿素为分散剂，淀粉为助剂，加入自制交联剂，合成一种高速耐水干酪素标签胶。当分散剂用量为8％，淀粉用量为4％，自制交联剂为0．8％时，制备的酪素胶具有好的粘贴性能，如超耐水性等，可以满足高速啤酒生产线贴标需要，可以替代进口产品。

| Abstract: | A high-speed resistivity against water casein adhesive for labeling beer bottle can be obtained by using casein as the main moldings,urea as the dispersing agent,starch as the auxiliary,self-modified cross-linking agent.Eight percentage dispersing agent,four percentage starch,zero point eight cross-linking agent is best,modified casein trademark adhesive showed better adhesive property,example ultra-resistivity against water.It can be used in the high-speed production line for labeling beer bottle,it can shift inlet products. |
