| 摘 要： | 针对工业过程在线监测需求,研制了一种基于四极杆质量分析器的在线质谱分析系统,详细描述了该仪器的主要组成结构及各模块的功能特点,对该仪器进行了性能测试,结果显示该仪器技术指标已达到国际同类产品的指标要求。在钢铁冶金、石油化工以及生物制药等行业的应用结果表明,该系统具有响应时间快(<1 s),测量精度高,动态范围宽,可同时进行多流路多组分分析,维护成本低和可靠性高等突出优势,能够适用于多种复杂、恶劣的应用环境。
