工程项目管理模式决策研究综述

工程项目管理模式定义了项目各参与单位的角色和责任，设立了项目实施各阶段的执行框架。项目管理模式的选择对工程项目实施效果有着重要的影响，这方面的研究对促进建筑行业健康发展，提高社会整体经济效益有着重要的意义，近年来已成为国内外学者关注的热点问题之一。当前国内外对工程项目管理模式决策的研究，集中体现在项目管理模式绩效、决策指标、决策方法3 个方面，通过对当前研究的简要评述，可以为工程项目管理方式的进一步研究提供借鉴。

Review of Project Delivery Methods

A proper project delivery method（PDM）will affect the performance of construction projects， and research in the fieldcan promote healthy development of construction industry，furthermore to improve the whole social economic efficiency. It hadbecome one of the hot academic topics in recent years. This paper mainly sorts out and review articles on PDM decision-makingfrom domestic and foreign scholars， which reflect three aspects，i.e. performance of different PDMs，decision-making attributes andselection methods of PDMs. The paper provides brief comments about the current research，which can be refered for the further studyon project delivery methods.
