摘    要:对沙棘果废渣中的总黄酮进行了超声提取,并采用单因素法对工艺条件进行了初步优化.在此基础上,利用Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理和响应面分析法,考察了提取剂(乙醇)浓度,提取温度、提取时间、液料比对沙棘总黄酮得率的影响,模拟得到了二次多项式回归方程的预测模型.预测结果表明,在超声波功率为40% (60W)的条件下,最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度66%vol、提取温度72℃、提取时间36mins、液料比为45∶1.在此工艺条件下,总黄酮提取得率为9.187mg/g,与理论预测值拟合性良好.

Optimization of ultrasonic extraction conditions of total flavones from Hippophae rhamnoides L.residue by response surface methodology
Abstract:The total flavones were extracted from Hippophae rhamnoides L.residue by ultrasonic extraction,and the process condition was preliminarily optimized by single factor experiments.Based on this condition,Box-Behnken central composite design and response surface analysis experiments were used to investigate the effects of extracted (ethanol) concentration,temperature,time,liquid-solid ratio(mL∶g) on the extraction rate of the total flavones of Hippophae rhamnoides L.,and the predictive polynomial quadratic equation model was set up.The results showed that the optimum extraction condition should be controlled as follows:ethanol concentration of 66%vol,extraction temperature of 72℃,extraction time of 36min and liquid-solid ratio of 45:1 when ultrasonic power was 40%(60W).Under this condition,the average total flavones extraction rate reached 9.187mg/g,which was in good agreement with the theoretical value.
