工程爆破的控制

摘    要:回顾了黑火药开创工程爆破的历史贡献,列举了工程爆破对保留岩体或围岩的破坏和损伤实例,评价了原有光面爆破预裂爆破等定向断裂控制优缺点。发明了定向卸压隔振爆破。由于此两种爆破方法的基本原理、应用范围和目的相同,可构成“工程控制爆破”的另一种爆破类型,它专门用于轮廓线炮孔爆破,使保留岩体避免破坏;减轻损伤和采矿分采爆破,降低贫化损失。对两种方法进行了特征比较和效果评价,列出了后一种方法的效果图片。

Abstract:This paper reviewed the historical contribution of black blasting powder in engineering blasting, illustrated the damage and injury of reservation rock or rock by blasting, and evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of directional fracture controlled methods such as original smooth blasting. The directional blasting with vibration isolation and pressure relief has been invented. The basic principle, application scope and purpose of these two kinds of blasting method are the same, so they can serve as another type of controlled engineering blasting. It is for contour blasthole blasting to avoid damage of reserved rock; to mitigate damage and in sub-mining blasting for reducing dilution losses. Characteristics of these two methods were compared and their effects were evaluated, the effect of latter method was shown by pictures.
