摘    要:研究以降解纤维二糖菌株为主要筛选对象,从酿造大曲样品中分离筛选获得产β-葡萄糖苷酶的真菌菌株D8,并对其进行了生物学鉴定,将其鉴定为梨头霉属(Absidia)的伞枝梨头霉菌(Lichtheimia corymbifera),并对其发酵所产β-葡萄糖苷酶酶学性质进行了研究,为其开发研究提供参考.

Abstract:A fungi strain D8 with high yield of β-glucosidase was isolated from brewing koji in the laboratory using the cellobiose as the only carbon source in fermentation medium. By the characterization of morphological and the analysis of 18S rDNA sequences, D8 was identified as Lichtheimia corymbifera. The enzymatic propreties of L. corymbifera D8 were studied to provide some reference for its development and research.
