摘    要:统计了山东省2010年至2013年626份酱油监督抽查结果,结合对酱油生产企业的实地检查信息,找出其中存在的质量安全问题或隐患,并分析了产生原因,提出需要注意或改进的建议.

Abstract:Selective examination statistical result of 626 samples of soy sauce produced in Shandong province during 2010 to 2013 was analyzed. Comprehensive on-site inspection information of soy sauce production enterprise, the existing security issues or problems were found out. The reason was analyzed, and the points which need of attention and the suggestions were also put forward.
