| Abstract: | Selective examination statistical result of 626 samples of soy sauce produced in Shandong province during 2010 to 2013 was analyzed. Comprehensive on-site inspection information of soy sauce production enterprise, the existing security issues or problems were found out. The reason was analyzed, and the points which need of attention and the suggestions were also put forward. |
