摘    要:全装修房正逐渐进入人们的生活,如何满足购房者个性化的需求,是全装修房在推广过程中应重点考虑的问题。有效融合BIM 与AR 应用于全装修房系统,在系统分析的基础上,介绍了系统功能并设计了实现流程和结构框架,概括性地总结了系统的优势,并通过实例验证了相应的功能。该系统应用BIM 技术,让购房者在设计阶段亲自参与建立包含全部装修信息的三维模型,结合AR 技术提供楼盘实地展示、销售辅助、装修辅助等功能,不仅可以提供买卖双方沟通的平台,充分满足购房者个性化需求,促进全装修房的推广,还可以大大降低成本和提高工作效率。

Abstract:The fully decorated house is gradually attracting our attention. A key issue how to meet customers’ individual demandsshall be considered in the promotion of the full decoration. This paper suggests that Building Information Modeling and AugmentedReality technologies can be combined and applied to full decoration system. It introduces system functions,designs theimplementation process and structure framework of the system on the basis of system analysis,generally summarizes the advantagesof the system,and finally proves the corresponding functions by examples. BIM can facilitate customers to get a 3D model withcustomized decoration information. Through combining the AR technology,the system can provide property display,real-localdisplay,marketing assistant and decoration auxiliary etc.,which can not only provide a platform of communication between buyersand sellers,fully meet the customers’ individual needs and promote the fully decorated house,but also can greatly reduce the costand improve work efficiency.
