| Abstract: | There are good taste seasoning using shallot as meterial,and its consumer recognition rate is high.But there are problems in Shallot storage.If there is no deep processing technology supported,it is difficult to meet the needs of the consumer durable.This paper discussed two aspects of shallot extract research and commercial application of technology to provide references to consumers. |
