| Abstract: | Grape seed oil has high nutritional and hygienic value which nutrient-rich. Research achievements on physicochemical properties, physiological function, extraction technologies of grape seed oil and the products development situation were summarized in recent years. Some suggestions for development of grape seed oil in the future were made. |
