| 摘 要： | 介绍了中国计量科学研究院研制的30kN·m多功能扭矩标准机的工作原理、机械结构和电气控制系统及该机的性能试验和不确定度分析。该机采用参考式扭矩标准机结构,能够在一台机器上实现大量程段液压扭矩扳手、扭矩倍增器、标准扭矩传感器及标准扭矩扳手的检测校准,具有高准确度、多功能等特点。 |

| Abstract: | A set of 30kN·m multifunction torque standard machine is developed at National Institute of Metrology （NIM）. The hydraulic torque wrench, torque multiply and torque transducer may be calibrated by this machine. The machine mainly consists of standard torque transducer, operating platform, lifting platform, driving system and lifting system. It has high accuracy and multi-function characteristics. |
