二氢杨梅素-镍配合物的制备及其羟自由基的清除作用

摘    要:以天然产物藤茶的有效成分二氢杨梅素作为配体,采用加热回流方法,合成二氢杨梅素-镍配合物,用紫外光谱、红外光谱表征配合物.采用Fenton方法研究配体二氢杨梅素及其镍配合物的清除羟基自由基作用.结果合成了二氢杨梅素-镍配合物,颜色为土黄色,二氢杨梅素-镍配合物清除羟基自由基的能力强于配体二氢杨梅素.

Abstract:Dihydromyricetin-Ni(Ⅱ) was prepared by the heating reflux method with dihydromyricetin as a ligand. The compex was characterized by IR spectra and UV spectra. The hydroxyl radical scavenge effect of the dihydromyricetin and the complex was compared by Fenton method. The results showed that dihydromyricetin-Ni(Ⅱ) was prepared with khaki color and the hydroxyl radical scavenge capacity of dihydromyricetin-Ni(Ⅱ) complex was stronger than that of dihydromyricetin.
