摘    要:为了解决飞机数字化装配中翼身交点位置准确度和机翼水平测量点高度准确度评价依据不一致的问题,提出基于分步求解策略的机翼姿态评价及调整方法.根据翼身交点孔的测量数据计算并调整机翼姿态以满足交点的位置要求,以交点精加工余量计算机翼姿态所允许的调整范围.在满足水平测量点高差要求的前提下,计算所需调整的最小角度.为了验证该算法的有效性,开发相关的软件功能模块,已成功应用于某型飞机机翼姿态的评估和调整.

Abstract:An estimation and alignment method of wing position and orientation was presented to deal with the two different accuracy requirements in order to solve the inconsistency of the evaluation basis for the positional accuracy of fuselage-wing joints and the height accuracy of wing level-measuring points in aircraft digital assembly. A decomposition strategy of problem solving was adopted to solve the difficulty of dispose uniformly. The wing position and orientation were first estimated and aligned to insure the positional accuracy of the joints based on the joint measurement data. The allowable adjustment range of wing orientation was computed according to the joint allowance for finish machining. Then the minimum adjustment angle was calculated in accordance with the height difference of the level-measuring points. The application results show that the method is feasible.
