摘    要:输血相关急性肺损伤(TRALI)是接受任何血制品期间或 6 h 内新出现的急性肺损伤,是输血相关发病和死亡最常见的原因之一。基础和临床研究均表明血制品输注后免疫启动是肺损伤必需的步骤,抗原抗体反应触发一系列事件导致TRALI,主要涉及血制品人类白细胞抗原(HLA)和中性粒细胞抗原(HNA)抗体。TRALI重在预防,未来发病机制仍将是其研究重点。

Abstract:TRALI is one type of new-onset acute lung injury that happens within 6 h of initiation of any blood transfusion. It is one of the most common causes of transfusion-related morbidity and mortality. Both basic and clinical researches have demonstrated that immune priming is a fundamental step for lung injury. Antigen-antibody reactions trigger a series of events that lead to TRALI, which mainly relate to HLA and HNA antibodies of blood products. The prevetion is very important for TRALI and research on mechanism of TRALI will be still a key point.
