摘    要:探讨豌豆皮中低聚原花青素的组成和结构.通过有机溶剂精制,大孔树脂与聚酰胺的进一步纯化,从蚕豆皮原花青素粗提物中获得纯度较高的低聚原花青素,采用红外光谱法与质谱分析法对其进行研究.结果表明豌豆皮低聚原花青素中含有单体和多种二聚体、三聚体、四聚体、五聚体,同时文中还对单体(m/z 289)、二聚体(m/z 577、m/z 593、m/z 609)以及三聚体(m/z 865、m/z 881、m/z 897)的质谱裂解途径及可能的结构式进行了讨论.

Preliminary identification on structure of oligomeric proanthocyanidins from faba bean episperm
Abstract:The composition and structure of oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC) from faba bean episperm was investigated in this paper. Based on organic solvent extraction, macroporous resin and polyamides were used for further purifying OPC from crude extracts of faba bean episperm. The infrared spectrometry and mass spectrometry (MS) were applied to analyze them. The results showed that OPC contains monomer, dimmer, trimer, tetramer and pentamer. Furthermore, the cleavage pathway of the compounds and their possible structures were analyzed including monomer(m/z 289), dimmer(m/z 577, m/z 593, m/z 609)and trimer(m/z 865, m/z 881, m/z 897)in MS.
