摘 要: | 通过产酶培养基及产酶条件的优化,确定产纤维素酶菌株N-57的最佳产酶条件.利用液体发酵培养法探讨培养基起始pH值、培养温度、碳源、氮源对菌株N-57产酶的影响.在单因素试验的基础上,通过Box-Behnken响应曲面法筛选出产CMCase的最佳发酵条件:pH值为6;稻草粉浓度为0.30%;(NH4)2SO4浓度为0.30%.在最佳条件下培养,该菌株的CMCase的酶活达到459.54U.

Fermentation optimization of cellulase production from high-yield strain |

Abstract: | The best conditions for producing cellulose of the high-yield strains N-57 were determined by optimizing fermentation medium and the condition in this paper. Different conditions including growth temperature, initial pH value, carbon source and nitrogen source were studied with liquid-state fermentation. On the basis of single factor test, the best conditions for producing enzyme by orthogonal analysis was pH value 6, straw powder concentration 0.30%, (NH4)2SO4 concentration 0.30%. Under the optimum condition, the activity of CMCase was up to 459.54U. |
