丙酮酸的合成新方法

摘    要:采用液相催化氧化乳酸,乳酸选择性地转化为丙酮酸的新方法,丙酮酸收率可达58.2%,讨论了反应时间、反应温度、PH值及Pb添加量对丙酮酸收率的影响。结果表明,当Pb/Pd(原子比)为0.4PH值为8,反应温度控制在90℃左右,反应时间控制在3.5h左右时,丙酮酸收率最高。

Abstract:A new method in which lactic acid was oxidized by liquid phase catalysis and selectively converted to pyruvic acid with yield up to 58. 2% was introduced. The effects of reaction conditions such as reaction time, reaction temperation, pH, and the amount of Pb added to Pd/C catalyst on the yield of pyruvic acid were discussed. The result shows that the highest yield can be obtained when Pb/ Pd is 0. 4(atom ratio), pH is 8, the temperature is about 90 C ,and the time is 3.5 h.
