| 摘 要： | 营口电厂320MW超临界机组采用以自容式执行器(PEXA执行器)为转换装置，力驱动执行机构的无控制工质调节系统对该汽轮机调节系统进行了改造，改造后系统的各项控制指标均达到了设计和标准要求，取得了预期的改造效果。文中介绍液压系统的改造方式、改造效果及系统改造后的主要技术指标，为大机组汽轮机调节系统的改造提供了新的途径。

| Abstract: | e governing system of 320 MW supercritical pressure steam turbine unit in Huaneng Yingkou Power Plant was retrofitted by using the governing system without control actuating medium with integrative actuator(REXA actuator) as transformation device, force driven actuating mechanism. After retrofitting, all the various control indexes hit the requirements of design and standards, with the expected retrofitting effect gained. The paper briefed the retrofitting scheme of hydraulic system, retrofitting effect and the main technical indexes after the retrofitting of system, affording a new way for the retrofitting of governing system of large size steam turbines. |
