发动机气缸盖材料的疲劳性能研究

摘    要:采用大子样升降法,分析了整体铸造铝合金缸盖材料的疲劳特性,求出其在一定可靠度和一定置信度下的疲劳强度极限及其标准偏差.研究表明,该气缸盖材料的S-N曲线存在近似的直线,即存在疲劳强度极限值,为缸盖疲劳寿命的进一步研究提供材料特性依据.

Abstract:The fatigue characteristics of casted engine cylinder by aluminum alloy has been analyzed by using staircase method.Fatigue strength limit and standard deviation have been determined under a certain reliability and validity.The research indicates that the S-N curve of the cylinder contains a section of straight line,which means it has a limit of fatigue strength.The result offers the foundation for further research on fatigue life of cylinder.
