摘    要:设计了一种基于AD7705的热电阻、热电偶以及温度变送器输入的高精度温度采集系统.系统以AT89C52为核心,软硬件结合实现自动量程转换、自动零点调整和自动校准等功能.并带RS-485异步通信接口,可实现与上位机的通信.对于传感器的非线性,采用查表和非等间距分段线性插值算法校正,既保证精度又节约内存.

Abstract:With multi-input channel such as thermal resistance, themmcouple and temperature transmitter, a high precision temperature acquiring system based on AD7705 was designed. In the system, the single chip microcomputer AT89C32 is used as core. Automatic process functions including automatic transfoml of range, automatic zero adjustment and automatic calibration can be implemented by combination soft with hardware. Besides of these, the system with RS-485 interface can communicate with upper-computer. The method of check on table and the algorithm of non-equidistant linear interpolation has been adopted in nonlinearity correction of sensor,and it not only assures precision but also saves memory.
