监测窜槽、漏、失封一体化测试管柱的应用

摘    要:监测窜槽、漏、失封一体化测试管柱 ,是在原MFE地层测试管柱基础上 ,采用在MFE多流测试器上部下一内、外置压力计托筒 ,分别记录环空及测试管柱内测试期间压力变化 ,然后根据测试期间井口液面和井底压力变化情况进行综合分析 ,判断测试期间测试管柱是否漏失、封隔器的密封性及是否存在层间窜通现象。这期间不需要另外的设备 ,也不需要往环空灌水 ,只应用井场现有的设备及工具 ,一趟管柱即可实现测试、监测窜槽、漏、失封的目的 ,提高了地质资料录取质量 ,缩短了试油周期 ,降低了试油成本。

Abstract:The integrated testing works string for monitoring bypass channel,leakage and unsealing of packer,which is of using one inner and outer electronic gauge carrier above MFE tester to record pressure changes between annulus and testing string during testing period,can judge if there is a phenomena of being leakage of stem,unsealing of packer and bypass between layers according to liquid level changes at surface.By use of existing field equipment and tools,only once time of testing stem accomplish testing program and monitor work to increase quality of recorded data,shorten test cycle and low the testing cost.
