不完全齿轮和棘轮棘爪机构的造型及运动分析和仿真

摘    要:对不完全齿轮和棘轮棘爪机构的结构进行了分析,运用VisualBasic软件,完成了不完全齿轮和棘轮棘爪机构的参数化造型;并在此基础上,把不完全齿轮和棘轮棘爪的结构数据放在Timer控件中,计算不完全齿轮从动轮和棘轮每一时刻的角速度、角加速度以及位置角度,从而完成了不完全齿轮和棘轮棘爪机构的运动分析和运动仿真。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of Incomplete Gearing and Ratchet and Paw mechanism analysis, taking the software Visual Basic, the parametric models of Incomplete Gearing mechanism and Ratchet and Paw mechanism are established; And on the basis of which, angular velocity, angular accelerated velocity and location of angular at every moment of driven wheel of Incomplete Gearing and Ratchet and Paw are calculated by means of structural datum of Incomplete Gearing and Ratchet and Paw mechanism put in the command of Timer. Consequently, emulation and analysis of movement of Incomplete Gearing and Ratchet and Paw mechanism are completed.
