摘    要:以数控螺杆铣床铣头为研究对象,利用三维仿真软件UG建立模型并对其进行动态仿真,实现了铣头结构的虚拟设计、虚拟装配及三维动态仿真,验证了铣头结构设计的合理性。

Abstract:The mill head of NC(numeral control) screw arbor milling machine was studied.The virtual design,the virtual assembly,and the 3D(three-dimensional)dynamic simulation were achieved by utilizing the UG(Unigraphics)3D simulation software to set up the model and to perform the dynamic simulation.Then the rationality of the structure design of the mill head was validated.
