摘    要:含有间谐波成分的电压源引起的电压波动造成的荧光灯闪变现象是电能质量方面的一个重要问题.分析了几种与间谐波频率不同荧光灯的临界闪变曲线,运用神经网络的方法对引起荧光灯闪变的各影响因子进行了比较分析,为电力系统的电压波动和闪变的监测与抑制提供了参考.

Abstract:The fluorescent lamp flicker phenomenon induced by the voltage fluctuation that was brought about by voltage source containing interharmonic component was an important problem of electrical energy quality. Several kinds of flicker thresholds curve versus interharmonic frequencies were analyzed.With the neural network method, every effect factor about fluorescent flicker were compared.A reference to monitor and restrain the voltage fluctuation and flicker in electric system was provided.
