吐哈油田深井钻井技术研究与实践

摘    要:为了解决吐哈油田深井钻井遇到的大段泥页岩和煤系地层井眼失稳、大尺寸井眼钻井速度慢、多套储层的系统保护及长封固段非标准间隙的固井质量四大技术难题,进行了吐哈油田深井钻井配套技术的研究。从加深四项基础研究入手,建立了“地层造斜特性、钻井岩石力学特性、‘三压力’、泥页岩矿物组份和理化性能”四个基础剖面;在此基础上进行了“井眼力学稳定性评估技术、钻井岩石力学特性预测与钻头选型技术、‘三压力’剖面优化井身结构技术、深井聚合物钻井液技术、大段泥页岩和煤系地层安全钻井技术、311大尺寸井眼快速钻井技术、多套储层系统保护技术、低压易漏及长封固段非标准间隙固井技术、深井事故预防和处理技术、深井钻井装备的完善配套技术”的应用研究。初步形成了一套具有吐哈特色的深井钻井配套技术,极大地促进了油田钻井整体水平的提高。

Abstract:A complete deep well drilling technique research in Tuha Oilfield has been done in order to deal with four complex technical problems,such as hole instability in long argillaceous shale and coal formation sections,low penetration rates in large-size holes,multi-pressure system and cementing quality in long open hole interval.Taking the four fundamental researches as the point of departure,four basic profiles-formation deflecting features,rock mechanics characteristic in drilling,triaxial stress,mineral ingredients and physical chemistry features of argillaceous shale have been established.Furthermore,othe related deep well drilling technology researches and their application have been conducted.A complete deep well drilling technology with characteristics of Tuha Oilfield has been formed preliminarily,which promotes the whole drilling level in Tuha Oilfield.
