| Abstract: | Corporation management is a system combining with movement and standstill.Therefore,it is studied from the angle of its structure and mechanism.As a juridical remedy,the shareholder's derivative plays an important role in supervising Corporation management from exterior,which is necessary to amend the mechanism of "Capital majority verdict". |
