现代性转向——西方现代城市规划思想转变的哲学背景

将西方现代城市规划放在启蒙以来哲学发展的大背景下考察。论述了现代城市规划在思想方法上从物质空间决定论、系统规划、理性规划、"形而下"实践观、直至对价值判断的注重和将城市规划作为公共政策理解的发展历程,以及发展背后深刻的哲学思想变革。认为不同经济社会发展阶段,不同的政治制度背景催生了不同规划思想和规划理论,在现代性转向过程中城市规划思想流变大大丰富了城市规划理论和手段。

MODERNITY TRANSITION:PHILOSOPHY BACKGROUND OF WEST MODERN URBAN PLANNING THOUGHTS

This paper analyzes the development of the modem urban planning theories under the background of the philosophy development since the Enlightenment Movement from physical determinism, systematic planning, rational planning, practice view to value judgement and public policy orientation as well as the philosophical reforms behind. It argues that different economic and social development stages and different political systems lead to different planning ideas and theories, In the modernity transition period, various urban planning ideas enrich the urban planninu theories.
