高钒铁冶炼脱硫技术研究

摘    要:V_2O_3电铝热法冶炼FeV80没有专门的脱硫工序,原辅材料中大部分硫进入合金,造成合金中S含量偏高甚至超标。文章分析了冶炼过程中S的分布方向,提出选用碳酸钠作为脱硫剂,并对碳酸钠脱硫进行了热力学和动力学分析,对降低高钒铁S含量、提高产品质量有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:There is no special desulfurization process in FeV80 smelting by adopting V_2O_3 thermite method,the majority of sulfur in materials enters into the alloy,which causes the sulfur content in alloy to be high,even out of limits.Through analyzing the trend of sulfur in smelting process,this paper proposed that Sodium Carbonate is used as desulfurizer,and also made a thermodynamic and kinetic analysis of sodium carbonate desulfurization behavior.The investigation has a high guiding significance for reducing sulfur content in high ferrovanadium and raising product quality.
