| Abstract: | China's law guarantee of military information security got off to a later start than other western countries. Meanwhile the system of America's law guarantee systems of military information security is ralatively perfect.The com-parison of the two countries' military law guarantee systems will contribute to perfecting China's guarantee system of military information secutity. |
