位标器光学陀螺转子动平衡方法研究

摘    要:提出了一种利用动平衡机和光学测试平台模拟目标相结合对转子的不平衡力和不平衡力偶进行同时平衡的方法。重点分析了不平衡力偶对陀螺系统的影响和测量方法,并结合陀螺转子结构特点,提出减少不平衡力和不平衡力偶相互影响的调试方法。在陀螺转子调试中本方法提高了动平衡的效率。

Abstract:The paper discovers a method,by which the imbalance force and coupling are balanced simultaneously with the utilization of balancing machine and optical test platform with a simulating target.The paper attaches importance to analyze the impact of the imbalance coupling on the gyro system and the method to measure it. According to the structure of the gyro rotor,a debug method is presented by which the interaction between the imbalance force and the imbalance coupling can be reduced.In practice,the application of the debug method increased the efficiency of balancing the gyro rotor.
