| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于历史关系数据库的时态索引技术，结合时空要求和时态数据库的特征对该索引技术进行了改进和优化，并将其与数据库传统技术一起应用以适应各种时态数据操作的需要。

| Abstract: | This paper describes a new indexing techniques: the time index,based on historical relational database management system,then adapt it to satisfy space-time requests and the character of temporal DBMS.The time index is combined with other typical techniques so that the temporal queries become more efficient. |
