银钎剂中氟化物对钎料铺展性的影响

摘    要:含不同氟化物的银钎剂钎焊性能各异。通过对碳钢、不锈钢和紫铜等母材进行试验,分析讨论了几种氟化物钎剂氟含量与银基钎料铺展性间的关系。结果表明,随着氟化物和母材类型的不同差别很大,其中以KF和KHF2的综合效果较好。且试验中所制得的氟化物银钎剂较好地避免了应用中常出现的钠黄光和发泡现象。

Abstract:Different fluoride silver brazing fluxes have different brazing behaviors. By the test for the base metals of carbon steels, stainless steels, copper and so on, the relationship between fluorine content in fluoride fluxes and spread ability for silver base filler metals has been discussed. The results show that the difference can be observed obviously, in which the general effects of KF and KHF 2 are best. And the fluoride silver brazing fluxes that we have made can effectively avoid the phenomenon of sodium glare and bubble.
