档案数据时代:国内研究现状及展望

对国内关于档案数据的研究进行评述,发掘档案数据这一对国家经济发展和社会进步具有重要作用的信息资源的战略意义,为相关研究提供参考。采用文献计量学方法,选取CNKI作为数据源,检索出2012-2020年的论文数据并运用CiteSpace软件从文献数量年度分布、发文期刊和发文作者等维度进行计量分析,并绘制关键词聚类知识图谱。目前国内档案数据研究主要有"档案数据"基础理论、档案数据备份与长期保存、档案数据服务、档案数据治理、档案数据与新学科和新技术融合等方面,未来可能深入发展的主题有档案数据治理理论和实践研究、新技术对档案数据研究的帮助和档案数据在学科融合背景下的新应用等。档案数据相关研究的未来走向需在实践中进一步探索。

Archival Data Era: Current Status of Domestic Research and Prospect

This paper reviewed the domestic research on archival data, explores the strategic significance of archival data,an information resource that plays an important role in national economic development and social progress, and provides references for related research. This paper used bibliometrics methods, selects CNKI as the data source, retrieves the paper data from 2012 to 2020, and uses CiteSpace software to conduct a quantitative analysis from the dimensions of the annual distribution of the number of documents, the journals and the authors, etc. And draw a knowledge map of keyword clustering. At present, domestic archival data research includes mainly the basic theories of "archival data", archival data backup and long-term preservation, archival data services, archival data management, integration of archival data with new disciplines and new technologies, and may develop further in the future. The themes include archival data governance theory and practice research, the help of new technologies for archival data research, and the new application of archival data in the context of disciplinary integration. The future trend of archial data related research needs to be explored further in practice.
